Typically, a coaching session will last an hour or two. Each participant receives a written How-to Guide setting out a step by step summary of the topics covered.
My most popular seminar is a two hour refresher session summarising the steps to follow in cases of poor performance, misconduct and redundancy. Managers tell me they keep the How-to Guides handy and find them an invaluable quick-reference resource.
